After tonight’s win, your Golden State Warriors placed themselves in a position to make a run at the play-offs. Now, if you take the time to look at the Western Conference standings, you’d notice that the Warriors are currently seeded 13th and out of play-off contention. However, if you look closely, the Warriors have 21 loses just like the teams that are seeded 9-12. The important information to note is that the Warriors only played 38 games, the least amount of games played by any team in the NBA and the Warriors are only 3 games back from the 8th seed.
Basically, the Warriors are making long strides to get into play-off contention, and this is evident in their back-to-back games against the Mavericks and the Clippers. If the Warriors can continue their strong play and this winning streak, they’ll soon find themselves at the 8th seed or better.Keys for Success:
